  1. Add oil to Corningware Plasma wokpan, add garlic and bacon
  2. Add mushroom
  3. Add rice
  4. Pour in one cup of stock at a time and cook till liquid is absorbed
  5. When rice is cooked, add pepper and salt to taste, stir in Perfect Italiano Parmesan Grated Cheese and cream
  6. Add Anchor butter to the cooked risotto
  7. Sprinkle parsley and serve on Corelle plate

  2. 1 cup Arborio rice (wash)
  3. 4-5 cups of chicken stock
  4. 100gm fresh mushrooms
  5. 2 grated garlic
  6. 3 tbsp oil
  7. 2 slices bacon (finely cut)
  8. 125gms Perfect Italiano Parmesan Grated Cheese
  9. Pepper and salt to taste
  10. 50ml cooking cream
  11. 100gm Anchor unsalted butter (cut into cubes)
  12. Fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
