  1. Preheat oven to 250°C.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly and spread with a little tomato paste.
  3. Mix the garlic with the oil.
  4. Lay a few slices of tomato on the base and drizzle with a little oil.
  5. Add the Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus, sprinkle with basil leaves.
  6. Cook in oven for about 8-10 minutes until base is cooked and crisp.

  2. Tomato paste
  3. 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  4. Splash of olive oil
  5. 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced

  7. 6 Fresh basil leaves
  8. Seasoning to taste
