  1. Wash chicken thighs with salt.
  2. Mix 50g onion, spring onion, five-spice powder, oyster sauce, soya sauce, and pepper.
  3. Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Pan-fry till brown, or pop into the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Cool, then slice into strips.
  5. Cook 100g onions, green and red bell peppers, salt and pepper till soft. Drain and set aside.
  6. Lay tortilla flour wraps on semi hot pan, then add cooked chicken and vegetables.
  7. Sprinkle Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza Cheese, then fold wraps into half.
  8. Apply Anchor Salted Butter on tortilla and pan fry till golden brown. Serve hot.

  7. 10gm oyster sauce
  8. 10gm pepper
  9. 10gm Anchor Salted Butter
  10. 8 pcs tortilla flour wraps
  11. 100gm green bell pepper
  12. 100gm red bell pepper
  13. 100gm onion
  14. 10ml cooking oil
  15. 20ml mayonnaise
  16. 20ml BBQ sauce
  17. Salt and pepper to taste
